West End Week at ACTAcademy Stage School is a fun-packed, inspirational and confidence-building experience for young people who love the magic of theatre and the musicals! Our West End Week consistently sells out FAST, so if your child is a budding or experienced performer, don’t delay in booking your spot!

 

You will be learning routines, direct from the stage, learning songs, harmonies and singing as part of your ‘cast’. You will have the chance to take a solo, if you wish, and you will take part in casting workshops, audition technique class, stage combat and Film & TV workshops. Not to mention, all 'Performers in Training' have their professional headshots taken!

West End Week is fantastic at developing confidence and personality, giving opportunities to learn the skills needed to be part of an ensemble, and also the chance to take centre stage and SHINE!

 

All our teachers are incredibly well qualified and experienced, having worked professionally in the performing industry and are all DBS checked. They will support your child and nurture their natural talent and encourage them to be the best performer they can be. Our West End Week Summer School is a fabulous opportunity to develop your skills, widen your knowledge of the industry and meet like-minded friends.

At the end of the week, all students will perform a showcase of a selection of their work, rehearsed over the course of the week, in our very own in-house theatre.

​

Young people are split into age groups to ensure ability-appropriate classes.

​

Days will be running from 9.30-3.30pm. We have early breakfast club and after school club options too, plus all pupils get a West End Week T-Shirt included!

We are an Ofsted registered educational establishment, and as such are subject to following the statutory requirements set by Ofsted, the Local Authority, PHE guidance and the DfE guidance for educational settings for making our school a safe and educational place to learn and develop.

 

For your peace of mind, we have a fully trained paediatric first aider on site at all times and a dedicated housekeeper responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Our ACTAcademy West End Week is recommended to ages 6 - 10 and 11 - 14.
