CREATIVE SUMMER SCHOOLS

The fact you're here probably means that Summer Camp is on the horizon! These sell-out EVERY YEAR and are legendary among those that attend!
Precious time creating memories, exploring new and existing hobbies and talents, building friendships, and developing important life skills such as confidence, communication, creativity and teamwork.
This year we are back with our ever-popular ACTAcademy Creative Summer School in July and August to help children make new memories with like-minded friends and nurture key skills in their development of confidence, resilience, creativity, culture and the arts.
Our Creative Summer School will allow your children to enjoy fun activities with their friends building self-esteem and confidence within the safe walls of our fully Ofsted-registered stage school building and private studios at Northern Performance Academy in Harrogate.
Classes are led by our exceptional teaching team, following the government's educational and health & safety standards, with a qualified, DBS-checked, dedicated expert teacher leading each group throughout the week. There is also always a paediatric first aider on site at all times.
So, what can your child expect from our ACTAcademy Creative Summer School?
Children can look forward to a week of fun, creativity and arts-inspired education, where no day is the same! Our passionate teachers will lead your children on an adventure of discovery, development and joy over the course of the week with the performing and creative arts at the core of our training. However, that does not mean that your little one has to be a performer to join in. Our Creative Summer School is suitable for any child; there is no performance pressure at all!
Every week's activities will be different, but some of the things that your child can look forward to include arts and crafts, singing, dancing, drama games, sports skills, slime-making and even yoga and gymnastics! No day is the same at ACTAcademy Stage School, so rest assured if you book on for multiple weeks your child will not do the same thing twice!

All activities throughout the week are cleverly designed to boost confidence, develop creativity and imagination, with special visits from famous storybook and movie characters to lead summer camp students on fun-filled drama adventures!
At ACTAcademy, we firmly believe that every child is unique and every child has unlimited potential. We encourage all children to be whoever and whatever they want to be. We aim to bring the most out of your child in a friendly, fun and supportive environment, with qualified and experienced teachers who love what they do!
You do not need to be an ACTAcademy student to attend our Creative Summer Schools.
Our stunning private studios are huge - with our own theatres on site and multiple studio spaces, we have all the high-quality resources and equipment needed to have an incredible time making memories and learning new skills!
Year after year, we have children whose highlight of the summer is coming back for our Creative Summer School and every year we strive to be better than the last!

You do not need to be an ACTAcademy student to attend our Summer Schools. ACTAcademy Creative Summer School is recommended for children currently at Primary School.
TIMES
Drop-off and pick-up times are 9.15am-3.15pm
Early Bird Club are held 8.15-9.15am inclusive of breakfast
After School Club is held 3.15-4.15pm, inclusive of a snack.
HOW TO BOOK

Please note that places are strictly limited, and allocated on a first-come first-served basis. We really don't like to disappoint anyone, so do book in as early as you can to guarantee your place.
